Problem
Managing personal or business parcels is usually fragmented — booking, tracking, payment records, and profile management are spread across different tools. Users need one simple platform to handle everything from booking to final delivery.
My role
I designed and developed the complete system: public pages (Home, Coverage, Pricing), secure authentication, user dashboard (My Parcel, Payment History, Track Package, Update Profile), and the overall front-end experience focused on clarity and ease of use.
Outcome
A fully functional parcel management system with authentication, user dashboard, parcel booking, real-time tracking, payment history, coverage map across 64 districts, and profile management — all in a clean and user-friendly interface.
How i solved it
Started by building a clear public experience — a homepage with a strong value proposition, a coverage page with an interactive map of 64 districts, and a pricing page.
Integrated Firebase Authentication so users can sign in and access their personal dashboard.
Built the core dashboard features:
• My Parcel – view and manage all booked packages
• Payment History – transparent record of all transactions
• Track a Package – real-time status tracking
• Update Profile – easy account management
Focused on making every step simple and visual so users can quickly understand the status of their parcels.

The system prioritizes transparency, speed, and a frictionless experience for both individual and business users.
What worked
Clear separation between public marketing pages and the private dashboard made the product easy to understand. The interactive coverage map and structured dashboard (My Parcel + Tracking + Payments) gave users full control in one place.
What I'd Do Differently
Add real-time notifications for parcel status changes and a more detailed pricing calculator earlier in the project.
